After a logo, identity, and nomenclature update, we then turned to what the public sees most, the fleet. Our research showed people gravitate toward fleet designs that feel fast and modern. But in the desert, “fast” isn’t enough. It has to feel cool. When temperatures hit 120+, perception matters as much as performance. So, we designed for both. A lighter, metallic system—clean, fast, and built to counter the idea of hot, muggy buses. Then we scaled it across everything: BRT, shuttle, carpool, vanpool, light rail. One system. Many vehicles. And one more thing—five different municipalities had to agree on it. They did.
